Aubrey and Madine Baker Memorial Endowment

The Aubrey and Madine Baker Memorial Scholarship is a general college scholarships awarded to freshmen or sophomore students who exhibit academic merit, personal character and leadership. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The scholarship program was established through a bequest from Mr. Baker who died in 2004. Known as “Shorty” Baker, he was a music enthusiast who enjoyed student performances at SPC.
