Linda Kay Hines Memorial Scholarship in Theatre Arts

The Linda Kay Hines Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student who majors in theatre arts. Minimum qualifications include: 3.00 grade point average; and full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in the theatre program. First and second consideration is given to students who reside in Levelland and Lubbock, Texas, respectively. The family of the late Linda Kay Hines established a memorial scholarship fund to honor her association with the Theatre program at SPC. As a student here, Linda was involved in several theatre productions and studied under former theatre professor Helen Roberts.
