James Courtney Memorial Scholarship in Computer Information Systems
This scholarship honors James Courtney who taught computer information systems at South Plains College from 1981-1988. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; and full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in the computer information systems program. It was established by family and friends and recognizes his many years of public school teaching. Mr. Courtney died in 1996.
