Freda Tubb Memorial Scholarship in Elementary Education

The Freda Tubb Memorial Scholarship is presented to an outstanding student who is majoring in Elementary Education. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; and full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more). Mrs. Tubb taught 31 years in the Pep, Whiteface and Levelland schools. The scholarship program was established by her husband Nathan Tubb of Levelland and her children Dr. Terry Tubb of Midland, Libby Thetford of Levelland and Gerry Tubb of Austin, along with the support of family and friends.
