Monty Roberts Memorial Scholarship

The Monty Roberts Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student who majors in speech communication or theatre arts. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; and full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more). The scholarship was established by the Larry and Helen Roberts family in memory of their son. Mr. Roberts taught physical education at the college for 26 years and Mrs. Roberts directed the theatre and speech program for 27 years. The Roberts reside in Levelland, Texas.
