Judy Bryant Physical Education Scholarship

The Judy Bryant Scholarship is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student majoring in kinesiology. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; and full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in the kinesiology program. The scholarship program was established by the family and friends of Judy Bryant, recognizing her 43 years of service to South Plains College as a women’s basketball coach, physical education professor and departmental chairperson. Mrs. Bryant retired from SPC in 2011 and died in 2026.
