Gary Stacy Memorial Scholarship
The Gary Stacy Memorial Scholarship is a general college scholarship that is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; and full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more). An alumnus of the college, Gary Stacy served a number of years as chairman of the South Plains College Board of Regents and is credited with establishing the SPC Foundation in 1979. The Stacy family established this scholarship program in his memory.
