Royce Elam Memorial Scholarship

The Royce Elam Memorial Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding freshman student who demonstrates leadership, personal character and academic merit. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. First consideration is given to incoming students who are graduates of Whiteface High School or Sundown High School. The Royce Elam Memorial Scholarship program has been made possible by family and friends. Mr. Elam served more than 30 years with the Whiteface School District, retiring as business manager.
