Mike Worley and Janna Worley Welding Technology Scholarship

The Mike Worley and Janna Worley Scholarship is awarded to outstanding students enrolled in the Welding Technology Program. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The scholarship program was established by Dr. Wiri and Dr. Suvipa Wiriyathian of Levelland to recognize the Worleys for their support of South Plains College and the Levelland community. The Worleys own and operate Worley Welding Works and have supported the college’s Welding Technology program through their Advisory Committee involvement and scholarship support.
