Neal and Carolyn Ellis Scholarship in Pre-Pharmacy

This scholarship fund honors the memory of Neal Ellis who owned and operated Neal Ellis Pharmacy in Levelland, continuing his father’s legacy of what was originally Ellis Pharmacy. The businesses collectively operated for more than 50 years in Levelland. Mr. Ellis supported SPC and education through his advocacy of learning, passion for helping others and his belief that all persons have the freedom to think, speak and pursue their dreams. The scholarship fund was established by his wife Carolyn Ellis and children and benefits students majoring in pre-pharmacy at SPC. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
