Ray and Donna West Scholarship for U.S. Veterans

The Ray and Donna West Scholarship is made available to veterans of the U.S. Armed Services to attend South Plains College. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in an associate degree or certificate program; and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. This scholarship program was established by Ray and Donna West of Midland to recognize those individuals who have served our country in a military capacity. The Wests established this scholarship in their spirit of “giving back” to their community.
