Willmon Family Scholarship

Kenny and Debbie Willmon both grew up in Levelland and both graduated from South Plains College as did their three children. As a child, Mr. Willmon listened to his father talk about the creation of South Plains College. As an adult, he and his wife Debbie felt that it was time to give back and to help students begin their college education at SPC. This scholarship’s criteria are purposefully general, making it available to any student who is enrolled full time.
