Texas Association of Community Schools Friends of SPC Scholarship

The Texas Association of Community Schools Friends of SPC Scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman student who is a graduate of one of the association’s member school districts. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The Region 17 TACS Chapter established the scholarship fund to recognize the many students who attend South Plains College from the region’s small, mid-size and rural school districts.
