Charles "Chuck" Giddens Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship honors the memory of Charles “Chuck” Giddens who was an employee at Universal Treating Company at the time of his death in 1982. The scholarship program was established by the employees of Universal Treating and the late Gary Stacy, the company’s owner and a former member of the South Plains College Board of Regents. This is a general scholarship program that is awarded to a full-time or part-time student who has a minimum grade point average of 2.25.
