P.O. and Rafaela Dominguez Memorial Scholarship

The P.O. and Rafaela Dominguez Memorial Scholarship is a general college scholarship awarded to a freshman or sophomore student. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. P.O. Dominguez served South Plains College many years in the college?s maintenance department. The scholarship program which honors Mr. and Mrs. Dominguez was established by their children, Henry Dominguez, Cathy Rios, Juanita Cruz, Geneva Gomez, John Dominguez and friends of the family. Henry Dominguez serves on the SPC Foundation Board of Directors.
