Wayne Black Memorial Scholarship

The Wayne Black Memorial Scholarship is a general college scholarship that is awarded to freshmen or sophomore students regardless of major field of study. Minimum qualifications include: 3.00 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The scholarship program was established by Rex and Carita Black of Levelland, with support from family members and many friends, in memory of their son who was a student at SPC at the time of his death.
