R.C. and Paris Blair Memorial Scholarship

The R.C. and Paris Blair Scholarship is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student. Qualifications are minimum 2.5 grade point average, U.S. citizen or permanent resident and full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more). The scholarship fund was established by the late Dorothy Blair Bryan in memory of her parents who settled in Hockley County in 1935. where they farmed for many years.
