Judy Bryant Physical Education Scholarship

The Judy Bryant Scholarship is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student majoring in kinesiology. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in the kinesiology program; and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The scholarship program was established by the family and friends of Judy Bryant, recognizing her 43 years of service to South Plains College as a women’s basketball coach, physical education professor and departmental chairperson. Mrs. Bryant retired from SPC in 2011. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the South Plains College Foundation.
