Larry D. Anthony Memorial Scholarship

“Coach” Anthony was a beloved educator and football coach for a total of 40 years. His desire to help students reach their educational goals was paramount in both his professional an personal life. All three of his children along with four of his grandchildren graduated from South Plains College and each credits their success to the educational foundation received here. The Anthony family established this scholarship upon Coach Anthony’s passing. Minimum requirements include full-time enrollment, 2.5 cumulative gpa and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
