Larry Harder Memorial Scholarship

The Larry Harder Memorial Scholarship is a general college scholarship that is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student who is a graduate of Levelland High School. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. This scholarship endowment recognizes Larry Harder, a Levelland community leader and insurance business owner who died in July 2005. Mr. Harder was very active in the Texan Booster Club at SPC and served on a number of community boards. The scholarship was established by Dee and Rebecca Macha and other colleagues who worked with Mr. Harder.
