Joe Ed and Juanita Crawford Scholarship

The Joe Ed and Juanita Crawford Scholarship has been established by Mrs. Crawford in memory of her husband Joe Ed. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The Crawfords owned and operated Crawford Equipment/GMC Truck/Allis Chalmers dealership for many years. Mrs. Crawford’s association with South Plains College goes back to the early 1960s when she had a sewing shop in Levelland and hand-sewed uniforms for the Texan Cheerleaders and the TexAnn Drill Team.
