Don and Nancy Marble Scholarship

To honor the memory of her father and pay tribute to her mother, Donette Marble chose to create the Don Marble Memorial and Nancy Marble Honorary Scholarship. Mr. Marble was a cotton farmer and leader, serving as president of both the Plains Cotton growers and National Cotton Association. In his honor, the scholarship is awarded to a student majoring in agriculture with a preference for those in agribusiness. A former SPC student, Donette earned a spot as a member of the Lady Texan basketball team and went on to play basketball at Texas Tech University. She currently resides in Midland, Texas.
