David Millsap Memorial Scholarship

Established by faculty of the Science Department, this scholarship honors a former chemistry professor in the department. David Millsap taught 15 years at SPC before his death in 2006. Science Department faculty began contributing to a scholarship fund in his memory in 2012 as way to recognize his exemplary contributions to the education program of the college. The scholarship reached the permanent endowment level in 2020 and honors an outstanding student in the Science Department.
