Kelsi Cook Memorial Scholarship

The Kelsi Cook Memorial Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding freshman or sophomore student majoring in agriculture. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more); and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Selection is made by faculty in the agriculture program. This scholarship was established by Danny and Marla Cook of Lubbock, Texas, in memory of their daughter Kelsi who was a junior at Cooper High School at the time of her death in 2001.
