Kurt Taylor Memorial Scholarship

The Kurt Taylor Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student majoring in Automotive Technology. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in the auto tech program; and U.S. citizen or permanent resident. This scholarship program was established by the family and friends of the late Kurt Taylor. Taylor graduated from Whiteface High School and from SPC and was working for a diesel testing firm in Odessa at the time of his death.
