Tom Upshaw Memorial Scholarship

The Tom Upshaw Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a freshman or sophomore student who majors in pre-pharmacy studies. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in the pre-pharmacy program; U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The scholarship program was established by Mrs. Brenda Ainsworth in loving memory of her father, Tom Upshaw, a druggist and owner and operator of Upshaw Drug Store in Levelland. Mrs. Ainsworth served 28 years as a member of the SPC Foundation committee and the Foundation Board of Directors.
