Donald Caddell Memorial Scholarship in Law Enforcement

The family and friends of Donald Caddell established this endowment to assist an SPC student majoring in law enforcement or criminal justice. Mr. Caddell was a life-long resident of Hockley County and served 28 years with the Hockley County Sheriff’s Department. He served as Hockley County Sheriff from 1996 to his retirement in 2004. In order to be eligible, students must enroll in at least 12 semester credit hours in law enforcement or criminal justice and have a minimum 2.5 grade point average.
