Frank Hunt Technical Education Scholarship

This scholarship honors Frank Hunt, who served 28 years as dean of the Technical Education Division at SPC. Under his leadership, the division grew from 12 technical programs and faculty in 1967 to more than 40 programs with 70 faculty members when he retired in 1995. He is credited with developing the SPC technical education program into the excellent program it is today. Minimum qualifications include: 2.50 grade point average; full-time enrollment (12 semester hours or more) in a technical associate degree or certificate program; and U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
